Before you write

Most questions have a quick answer, and checking first usually gets you moving faster than waiting on us:

  • "It only converted some of my files." Every file in a batch keeps its own name inside the ZIP, even when several photos share a filename like IMG_0001. If you are still short a file, tell us the format and roughly how large it was.
  • "The format I want is greyed out." Your browser cannot encode that format. The option is disabled on purpose rather than handing you a file with the wrong contents inside. Chrome and Edge support the widest range.
  • "Where did my images go?" Nowhere. Conversion runs entirely on your own device. See the privacy policy. We never receive your files, which also means we cannot recover them.
  • "Can you convert a format you don't list?" Ask. Anything a browser can decode is a candidate.
